A global leader in customer experience management, Teleperformance started its Malaysian operations in Penang (One Precinct, GBS@Mayang) in 2017. While they were establishing their Malaysian presence, they sought to create a robust and cost-effective ICT infrastructure to support the expanding operations, so we were engaged as their ICT and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Specialist Infrastructure partner, in charge of both building and maintaining their critical systems.
One of their biggest challenges was the tremendous cost of ownership through the use of local service providers for branch connectivity. Another challenge was the tight timelines given to build a new operation facility while meeting building management
requirements. This is where we came in. To overcome their challenges, we proposed an innovative campus network connectivity by using blown fiber technology. Not only is this solution efficient, it is also very cost effective, allowing us to develop their operation facility seamlessly.
What began as a project valued at approximately RM5.5 million resulted in a successful long-term partnership that is ongoing till this day. Our continued efforts proved our strength as a capable and trusted provider of innovative, cost-effective solutions for ICT infrastructure.
