Our Works

When the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge (aka Penang Second Bridge) was built, the bridge did not come with a Structural Health Monitoring System (SHMS). Recognizing the importance of the system, Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd (JKSB) approached us to equip the bridge with a monitoring system that could provide accurate measurement and analysis, monitoring both static and dynamic behaviors of the civil engineering structure.

One of our early notable projects was our work for the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) back in 2015. We were brought in by HeiTech Padu Berhad to design and build infrastructure for a Tier 3 Data Center for MCMC, working alongside several other partners like Originex Group, TEE M&E, and Ikhasas Group.

A global leader in customer experience management, Teleperformance started its Malaysian operations in Penang (One Precinct, GBS@Mayang) in 2017. While they were establishing their Malaysian presence, they sought to create a robust and cost-effective ICT infrastructure to support the expanding operations, so we were engaged as their ICT and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Specialist Infrastructure partner, in charge of both building and maintaining their critical systems.

One of our long-term clients, Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, faced numerous ICT and AV infrastructure challenges that were frequently ad hoc jobs requiring quick turnaround times. The company also lacked a dedicated ICT and AV consultant that was rapidly available to cater to their needs.

Plenitude International Sdn Bhd and CapitaLand Investment Ltd undertook an ambitious project to refurbish Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences, transforming it into the renowned Ascott Gurney Hotel. During the revamp, we were given the crucial role of managing the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems encompassing the building and Gurney Walk.
